Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a psychological process in which creative faculties of the mind are stimulated and a type of concentrated thinking, feeling and perception is established.
Although some people experience an increase in suggestibility and expect subjective feelings of an altered state of consciousness, this is felt in some cases of hypnotic induction only:
In fact, some hypnotic indicators and subjective changes can be achieved without a formal induction by using specialized suggestion and waking hypnosis; a fact that increases the discussion and understandings around hypnosis and the hypnotic state.

What is Hypnosis?
"A state of concurrent relaxation and concentration with an increased consciousness evoked from suggestions"
Your concentration is in focus - inwards (thoughts, inner ideas or pictures, or both); or - outwards (a task, a book a movie and so on).

Focus gets so narrowed that other stimuli in the environment are ignored or temporarily barred from your consciousness. Examples of everyday states of trance are; daydreaming, crosswords, absorption when reading a book, watching a movie etc. Some forms of meditation can also be considered trance-like.

As a matter of fact, hypnosis is completely normal, non-magical and with predictable consequences. It's totally out of the question for a person to be mastered, manipulated or put in a trance against his/her will. Self-hypnosis is a practical and effective technique for relaxing deeply. It can be used with or without affirmations, depending on what you want to achieve. To use the technique, find somewhere comfortable and quiet to sit down. Think about, and prepare, any affirmations that you might want to use. Start by closing your eyes and relaxing your muscles. A good way of doing this is to use imagery. Move on to use suggestion to relax yourself even more. When you feel very relaxed, use any affirmations that you have prepared. Enjoy the state of hypnosis for as long as you like. Hypnosis therapy is a method where you in a relaxed changed state of consciousness, hypnosis, get in touch with your subconscious. The subconscious has a major effect on our instinctive habits, feelings and thoughts. During light to medium deep hypnosis you receive help to change your habits in a pleasant way. You are very relaxed but fully aware of what is happening. Hypnosis therapy cannot make you do anything you don't want; instead it is means for help when you yourself want to change something. The aim is to locate the source of the problem. When it is found and worked on you usually will be free from the symptoms.

Thefullcare.com makes this possible by combining self-hypnosis with sound therapy. In test studies, the combination of self-hypnosis and sound therapy produces an effective relaxation response than either technique by itself. The relaxation response reduces the heart rate and blood pressure, relaxes the muscles and increases the amount of oxygen to the brain.
